Hi - I am launching a free distribution property magazine in India. It is an untried concept here. What is the best way to launch & get advertises? I have two ideas and would like your feedback on them. 1. To get 7 advertises and offer them free space. Create a sample issue using their ads and use this sample to sell space in the first addition. 2. To get 10 advertises and offer them free space and launch the full edition with just these advertises on board and make the first copy completely free. Distribute 20,000 copies and use this as the marketing for the next paid for advertising edition. Are the above strategies completely wrong?
