Hello I had a question regarding how and when to collect money from the advertisers. As you know, the cost of printing the mags is really high so I was wondering if its a standard practice in magazine industry to collect all of the money before printing the issue. Or you collect some portion of it first and then the rest after distributing magazine. I prefer the first option since it's hard to come up with all the cast to get the issue printed and distributed.
